Hey!No garage makes my "tuning" a little harder. Plus till about 2 weeks ago this was my only car, so if I was taking everything apart I had to put it back together by the end of the day. Because it's taking so long I'm loosing enthusiasm a little. It sucks.

Try apartment. They won't let you do ANYTHING to your car on premises. I understand why, but it still sucks.

The paint is "Daytona Blue" from 350Z. The whole paint job was 1000 (manager that runs this body shop is a good friend of mine) just to cover materials and a few beers for the guys. Having no air tools sucks, but I'm happy that management does not mind all the mess, yet!

I like working in my heated garage. I need to add a/c for the summer. Yeah I know what it was like having to work on your car at your friends house or try to put it together in your driveway before dark. I ended up renting a storage unit for a few months so I could work on my car. Ended up working out really well.

I'm going to get my car painted soon too. But i want to paint the whole car and not just the exterior and leave it 2-tone. Red inside and white outside. How much does painting the whole car cost normally? Inside and out?

Hey!Unfortunately I don't know what you are talking about but I would really like to hook up with some KA-T guys here in Houston. What's that H-I you are talking about?

Another thing. To paint your car inside and out would be 4-5 grand minimum! That's why it was never an option for me. By the way from the outside the car doesn't look 2 tone at all, even door jams are painted and clear coated. But I have to admit that with no bumper cover it looks ugly!

I appologize for low quality picture.

H-I = http://www.houston-imports.com

It's a local import car forum... Plenty of 240 guys there, although most of the members are honda owners. There's a big 240 meet in the works...
