Well, i really shouldnt have taken it out yet, since i'm still prepping it, and there are some issues right now that kind of limit performance/reliability.

But the weather was just to nice and the bug for autocross was to strong

nope, they tuck up nicely with suspension travel into the wheel well.

There is a v8 FC rx7 with race tires that got fastest time of the day... he leaves plumes of white smoke from his tires rubbing at fast corners from the suspension travel.

they only time i have to worry about rubbing is turning the wheel all the way in a parking lot... they rub up against the front body kit. not my biggest worry right now though.

Looking good!

My only comment: I prefer the roll bar padding all around the main hoop so that it looks like 1 solid unit instead of pieces here & there.

*EDIT: & one more, saw the video; quality is clear, but camera angle is a little low. For autox, it looks much better when you can see more cones

Yeah i prefer the padding that way to, but i guess i bought the "good stuff" that doesn't bend.http://www.pegasusautoracing.c...=2395Do you have any recommendation for better padding?

As for the camera angle, take a look at the 2nd picture. you can see it attached to the roll bar and sticking up over my head. i wish i had a video from that angle, but the stupid thing turned off on me for that run.

I actually won the camera as a door prize at my work's holiday party. its a mino flip flash memory camera.

I want to try and experiment and try to mount the camera in some other cool places.

I have the same kind (well, the underlayer is the same - mine has 2 layers). It bends, you just have massage it. A little heat helps as well.
