The ultimate VH and some predictions

This motor has come a long way in the last few years. From no known swaps with it, and no third-party support, to custom pistons, mounting kits, and everything else these days. Although I can't think of anyone who has taken this powerhouse to its limit, I am sure some of you guys out there have an idea of what it would take, and maybe what it would be able to do if someone were to do it. If you think you know what it takes to max out this motor, or have a valid idea of what kinds of numbers it could put up (max rpm, hp, torque), I would love to hear it. I am quite sure some of the other people here would to.

well if somebody would buy my heads and cams for this stupid motor, i would have enough money to buy some 550cc injectors and a new maf so i could turn up the boost.

The Aussie guys were way ahead, though I think the US is catching up.

I wish someone would do a full out drag car build on one of these like I'm a fan of. Real standalone, cp pistons, aluminum rods, big cams, big turbos, etc... I don't see any reason why a VH can't make 1500 easily on C16 or similar with a pair of GT4788s.

A mate is running one in his Titan. SC with I think 13psi and that was dynoed with 480hp at all 4 wheels. And this is built to do 1000km races.
