Hi Nico members, I have a 94Q and I was thinking about getting the turbonator, it suppose to give you up to 35 more horsepower... The Turbonator is a non-moving vortex generator that goes inside your air intake hose, right after your air filter. Does anyone know if this really works before I waste $69.95.

Druff:Dont buy it, even tho their ad sometimes shows up on top, they arent really a sponsor of us, as we wouldnt have them (its justa google ad).

We asked google to take the ad off.

They do not work and are a scam.the word scam is sometimes bandied about too easily, but in this case it applies.

The product doesnt work and has no chance of ever working.

Fred..

That's easy. It's called a JWT ECM. Headers may be another more expensive option. Then there is NOS, the cocaine of the automotive world.

Restoring your engine to OEM original condition (less internal wear) should be your first option.

Yep.. There are times where I wish the car had more poewr, but there havent been any time that I can think of where it was "slow" or down on power when both my Qs were running right.

Well I was just looking for a little bit more power on the take off, but other than that my Q runs pretty good so I can live with that...

Is there anyone that makes headers for the Q45 or does it have to be a custom job?

custom job only and about $2,000 for the entire job. Spend your monies on something else first....maybe a supercharger? do a search....numerous posts on the subject.
