Dear Nico Forum members, The speculation will end in a happy way. I have listed new pictures of S13 Red Top on http://www.flashoptions.com. You will see on the "PULL OUT S13 Front Clip *SOLD* to customer.I put a piece of paper with written words to prove the picture is taken by flashoptions sales crew. :ylsuper We will need some time to get these type of "evidence pictures of other SR20 , honda engines" our pictures got copied and are put on http://www.ebay.com , anyone of you can copy our s13 front clip pictures and put on ebay.com , so i guess this way it's the best way to protect ourself and our pictures. Thank You very much.

the picture below shows "A PICTURE SPEAKS A MILLION WORDS"

if you can see the yellow paper, it says this clip is bought by

mr.kong xiongemail = [email protected]

he bought it and his engine is already on his way to united states.Do you trust Flashoption now ?

Yeah, sending money to some unknown land isn't exactly pleasing. At least get a credit card ordering system so we can report fraud and be reimbursed if something bad were to happen. Just be sure to not charge until the shipment is going to be sent.

The website is painfully slow!

Buy more memory/bandwidth/whatever!

But like others have said, purchasing from oversees can be scary. Did you ever think of opening a US front? I can help...;)

Couldn't agree more...I'm not saying your business isn't legit, but I'd rather spend a little more from a known business in the states so that I have a bit more protection from being screwed. Mabye once a few more people have good things to say about you I'd reconsider. BTW....does Mr. Xiong know that you are using his name on the forums to get the word out about your business dealings? I'd sure hate to purchase something from someone and have my info used as an advertisement without knowing.

My advice would be if you want to distribute here, find someone that people trust or wait the months and months it takes to build up trust with strangers. The only two companies that people on this board have had contact with, that you deal with, are not exactly sterling examples.

1) No offense to Mr. Marcus Mizzini, but he didn't know that you can't bolt a FWD SR20 into a 240, he also refused to believe us when we said SR20DETs are not in junkyards here in North America, and then wanted to bolt in an Altima KA. Not exactly a knowledgeable representative, no offense Marcus.

2) The other distributor that people here have had experience with is jspecauto, also in Canada, I'm not sure if you actually deal with them or what your relationship is or if its the same jspecauto, but they aren't exactly known for quality. If they actually deliver an engine, its extremely late and incomplete. That doesn't speak well for you as a supplier. Now I suppose I could be wrong, but I don't know anyone here who's had good experience, we've seen a number of people ripped off, and Piccalo just responded the other day saying never buy from them.

My advice is, if these are who you're supplying to, you may wish to look at getting new suppliers as Marcus doesn't have the community presence or knowledge to sell a lot of engines, and Jspecauto is a known scam artist. Thats just my two cents, I could be wrong about everything, who knows. : ) Enjoy your day.

I have to emphasize we started operation on the 28th of september with on one knowing flashoptions.com exist. We need time to build reputation. We'll be on some import shows in kentwood , louisiana on march 3,5 to promote flashoptions.com (SEE YOU THERE!!)

JDM1 we have good experience with them but after nuemerous complains on them that they are a huge scam i trust , but to be honest they really buy engines and in lots. 40 foot container of engines filled with vtec motors and sr20dets. I'm just stratching my head and wondering why these jspec and jdm1 people are iike that i'm preety worried. This spoils the image of other people.

Mr.Ismael Dejarlais ( http://www.jspecauto.com ) , he came to malaysia on Early June. I agree with you saying his quality. He doesn't only get front clips from us. He also get front clips from other people in japan as well. We're just part of supplying to them.

We're at the moment scouting for other options. We're still learning a lot from experience. Time will tell , dauntless. YOUR PRICE = USD2200 is very expensive not inclusive of shipping

We can easily do a USD2000 SHIPPED FRONT CLIP with wire harness ,intercoolers , radiator , brake pumps ,power steering pumps, altenator , everything on the engine bay given. Now that is a bargain. We know we lose a few customer because we're international. That doesn't mean we're untrustworthy.

I must agree with you on his knowledge of engine but it's a good start of learning. Maybe to him all sr20det is able to fit inside S13. The word SR20DET , everyone will think of S13. Example on soccer when we say MANCHESTER. First thing you think Manchester UNITED FOOTBALL CLUB. It's the MUFC that overshadowed it's original name. Same as SR20DET it overshadowed GTI-R PULZAR , BLUEBIRD , AVENIR.

But that doesn't means flashoptions and advautoparts aren't legit. these international dealings i can say we're pioneer at it so therefore it will take sometime for people to realized it's cool to go with legit and reputated company. We'll live to our promise and billings.

yes, but with shipping just about anywhere its 2400-2500. Your 2000 shipped is to an American Port, they still pay another 300 on top of that which as another member pointed out makes you about 100-200 dollars cheaper than me, but I also provide an all inclusive warranty and I'm in the United States. : ) I understand you just started, and as I told you before it will take months and months to build up trust, its not something you can do overnight with a picture. As was stated before as well, I don't doubt, and a lot of other people don't doubt that you can get engines. Its the quality that people are concerned about. Here in America if somethings wrong they can't go out to a junkyard and swap a part, its a lot of money to throw away. I was also pointing out that the only sources that people here have had any dealings with aren't exactly instant credibility as to your quality. Also as I said before, I wish you the best of luck and I hope everything works out for you. Enjoy your day!

Only if I didn't have to wait all that time just to get the engine set/front clip. And it'd be better having it shipped straight to the buyer's home or shop where it's waiting to be swapped.

I guess u're right dauntless, we'll pull down the front clip prices and shipping to be competitive. We'll live up to our billings. One bad clip might actually make us looks bad. We'll do our best.

Yes we shipped only to USA / America Port. Customer have a choice to go and take it themself drive a truck to a specific port they want it to go. They can drive a truck and pick it up themself. It's kinda fun to get their clip themself and install it and seeing their 240sx complete.

Actually what we can do it's we can actually shipped it directly to our customer house / swapper's shop.

Anyway have a nice day everyone

2 things, first off I have been screwed on my last 2 motors, one was blown when I got it (good compression my ***) and the other was missing half the crap I paid for.

With that said I just don't trust anybody that I don't really know, so for now I wouldn't buy a motor from you. It's nothing personal I've just been taken, and had several freinds taken... and I'm not going to risk loosing over $2000 if I get screwed just to save a few hundred bucks on a motor that's a 'sure thing'. Not to mention all the shipping charges you have to pay if your motor is crap that the warranty dosn't cover. I'll also bet your warranty dosn't cover things like the exhaust manifold (if it's cracked) blown turbo, or smashed electronics. All that stuff is worth a lot of money, and 99% of the places out there put in the fine print that that stuff isn't protected.

Second, if your gonna post a pic of your motor's at least clean them up, that thing looks like ****.

This smells fishy..a lot of promotion for these other "canadian" dealers..who have been proven to rip Americans off. Maybe this "flashoptions" handle IS a Canadian dealer...trying to boost confidence in there scam co. :thinker

2000 shipped, but that is only to a port correct? Then we will have to pay another 150-300 to ship it from the port to the house/shop. Personally, its a good deal and all, but the time it takes to get here, the place you are located, your short known reputation, and well my short fundage with money right now will lead me to not buy your motor. If someone takes the plunge and i see things come out good, I will highly consider it, but for now all i can say is "no".

yes to the port. Basically within a month of so most of the nico forum customer will give in feedbacks on the motors. I am almost certain that customer will be superb happy and will get a good feedback. Actually you do not even need to pay USD150-USD300 at all. You can drive a truck and carry it yourself the DIMENSION 176cm X 96cm X 103cm (THE PICTURE ABOVE)

I don't have a truck =). Also, the ports for many would seem rather FAR. You do not have any methods of shipping straight to our door/shop? Also, you really need to get that credit card feature up fast. Paypal likes to charge "interest" on everything we spend on. Sending a check and such could become lost or frauded easily. Credit cards.... well... we can dispute almost anything =).

yes we do have options to shipped it to your door/shop but also extra fees USD150-USD300 depending on how far from port to your door/shop.credit card got to many fraud. we will take it when the system is more safer.

on oursidewe shipped out USD2000 item and it's big and it's not a cd in a fedex. lots of paperwork on our side it's very risky.

Ship one of those Sr20's to Hapag Lloyd in Portland, Maine. I'll pick it up and check it out. If it's good I'll spread the word. You can afford to give one away for the sake of your reputaion, right. This way, I benefit from a free engine, and you get an established NICO member to back your product!!! In America... we call it a 'win/win" situation!!!! :D
