The truck motors last job (RB20 content)

My SOHC did its last special job. Its hauled a CA18DET last summer, a B18 non vtec in january, and now a BA RB20.

I was actually looking for VQ35 parts, like a transmission etc etc, when I sumbled across siks13sr's FS thread for a full RB20 swap. Everything included except a good clutch.

It had all new -

- oil pump- water pump- tensioner and idler pullies- greddy timing belt- nismo thermostat- nismo clutch pivot ball- rear main seal- oil pan- crank bolt- oe thermostat also- Mckinney motor/ transmission mounts- intake mani gasket

And of course I still have a truck powered hatch so why not pick it up in the hatch?[Can you spy anything worthy in this pic?

Why its a RB20 wanting to be used!



I just strapped it down to the rear seat hooks and it was good for the 375mile trip home,as I had to drive to BFE,PA to get it. It ended up being 14hrs round trip as it took a while to load, and about 750 total miles but 1000% worth it.

I already picked up a walbro fuel pump and install kit, and now this weekend Im going to order a clutch.

I really excited though. Finally I'll have a 6cyl powered 240sx, as Ive had a VQ35DE for over a year now. I'll get a pic of them, as they are both chilling in the garage.
