Word on the street is that that is the MotoRex Skyline used for EPA testing. You can kind of tell by the ping shot on the door and the test of all the sides and bumpers.

You need to crash test one (or more) before you can start bringing them into the US. So I guess this ones motto should be "So that others may live."
