I decided to make a new post since there were a few with the tint episode in them and instead of trying to figure on which one to post in a new one.

I went with the F1 Ultimate Series. It is ceramic but does not have the non electronic interference property. I paid $209 installed. I went with the legal 28 on all the side windows and the 18 on the rear window only. I didn't want to have a shade difference on the sides since the widows basically but up against each other. I am very happy with the results. It is much cooler in the car and looks good too.

I also decided to debadge the rear of the car. Looks very clean in my opinion.

Now for the pictures:

--------> Tint job -----> Your picture taking abilities

Looks great - completes the look. Very classy on the pearl white. Good choice on going with the same percent on the side windows - I always do the same on my vehicles too...(don't like the different shade of tint look on the sides)

Hello,Very nice. Pearl White looks so much better with tint. Debadging looks clean. Nice angles on your pictures. I like the angle on the front end shot especially. God knows down here in Florida, tint makes a huge difference year round. And unlike other areas, tint is ubiquitous here. When I first moved here, I never thought I would have tinted windows. Where I grew up, East Tennessee, tint was always associated with nefarious deeds. However, here it seems everyone has it.Cheers,ML

F1 Pinnacle comes only in 05, 15, 35, 50.

Only the metalic films come in 28 and 18. Are you sure is the Pinnacle Series?

Thats my fault, I get the ultimate and pinacle confused. I got the ultimate which does come in 18 and 28. The Pinacle has the electronic interference feature.

My bad.

I have the Formula One Premiere film, it is a great film, and has held up perfectly for 5 years now. The Ultimate is NOT a ceramic film, it is a full metal film with low reflectivity....only the Pinnacle series is ceramic based{heat rejection is only slightly better than the Ultimate series according to their webste} The major advantage of the ceramic is it does not interfere with RF signal transmission thru the glass{cell phones,radar,radio,gps,etc}

You got a great price if the installer was professional, as I paid $400 5 years ago for this film, but it was considered state of the art back then,before they came out with their ceramic based Pinnacle line.

I have formula one 28% on mine as well and love it--your car looks great!

That is a very good price if the installation was good!
