Cool, thanks!

I was wanting to get a good "trumpet" sounding one after I finally get my R32 (God, 2 weeks has never taken so long!)

Do you have any of those sputtering/backfiring/detonation issues venting to atmosphere? Or is yours tuned to compensate for the MAF issues?

Another BOV question, if you don't mind... I've read some places that you need to get 2 BOV's for the GT-R's, but don't all three versions have the BOV after the FMIC...meaning after the two turbo outlets merge into one pipe?

Oh well, guess I'll just have to see how it's set up....not getting anything til I have the car first anyway.

But still...dude, you're my idol. A 600 HP R34 V-Spec is my ultimate dream car.

I have the HKS FCon VPro Computer. I have a "MAF-less" set up. No issues from what I can tell.

As far as the BOV, yes they are all positioned on the cool side of the intercooler. My Greddy was a direct bolt-on replacement for the stock BOV.

I may consider what I did with my WRX....get a 2-way BOV that does both.Quote »As far as the BOV, yes they are all positioned on the cool side of the intercooler. LOL. I'm a US Marine. However, there are a lot of civilian contractors from US here. Just wish we got paid like those guys do...and we have to protect them.

Sounds like a plan. My engine builder was laughing because he said for what I paid into my engine alone, I could have bought a stock R33 GTR VSpec.

On the subject of BOV's, are you using a MAP sensor to manage the airflow? Or how does the HKS computer control it?

I am a nissan newb so sorry if it's a retarded question.

Not a retarded question. Not too many people know the capabilites of the HKS F-Con VPro computer. Only certified HKS tuners have "USB keys" to do the tuning. It has one of the largest tuning maps in the industry.

If you were refering to the MAF sensors, then yes. The F-Con takes care of all that. You can clearly see no MAF sensors after the air filters.

Not yet on NICO. I guess I can start one. It will be a while because I'm still in Iraq. I'm also going to get some professional pictures done by Dino Dalle Carbonare (world famous automotive photographer) when I visit Tokyo (with GTR) this summer....
