The Sound of My Horn Changed, is it dying??

Recently I have noticed that the sound of my horn has changed. It almost sounds like it is dying, but very slowly. The tone has changed and doesn't have that high pitched sound anymore.

any ideas of what i should do

Mine did that for a few weeks then came back, it sounded like an old car horn, funny!

ever since I smoked my headlights, my horn has been sounding different. I broke a screw bolting in the headlight but it shouldnt have been close enough to change the sound of the horn.
