Whoever took the picture probably got the city to rip up the concrete around the sewer drain and saved the baby ducks...while costing tax payers an ungodly amount of money to do it. :rolleyes

I just showed it to someone they said it was on the news a while back, the momma duck kept walking back and forth over it and a few more fell in.. but they opened it up and got them all out..

I'm happy again

awww thats messed up, i was upset until i heard the full story. Im an animal lover i have a dog and 2 cats. (off-topic) I freakin hate people who torture animals, i wish i can come across just once, the person who torturtes puppies, oh god bless him. (that story where a bunch of dumb idiots kids put a fire cracker in a puppies mouth) I wish i would get my hands on him. Honestly I probably wouldnt stop beating him with a bat until he stopped breathing.

P.S. Sorry i just love animals and i cant stand animal cruelty.

Wow... would you beat an animal to death if it hurt a person? Say a pitpull that mauled an infant or an old lady...would that deserve the same treatment?

I dont its not right, but animals are not humans they do not have the same capacity as most humans. There for it can not be looked upon the same way, no matter how you look at it. Yes that animal should be put in an animal shelter and should be treated, but most animals grow upto be beasts, most of the time because of their owners. You cannot blame a tiger for eating a human, because he is considered a wild animal. A pitbull that is raised by an idiot can also be considered a wild animal. However a person with a brain capacity of a duck can even understand that small puppy is helpless against a human strength. There is absolutly no way you can convince me that animal cruelty and the animals that attack people are in the same cattegory.

I agree with many hear, I can't stand animal cruelty either. I just feel that we (humans) have pretty much overran much of the land of earth, and in the process have destroyed the homes of many species. So, I just feel that I should treat animals like I would treat another person. I love dogs and some cats

LMFAO! haha classic, the mom is all lookin down the hole.. lol.. around here there is a road called south tropical drive, and there are pee****s that live all on the island (the road goes down the island) and every year when the lil ones are boarn they are always crossing the road.. one day the mom and 2 of her chicks got across but there was still like 3 on the other side of the road, so i stoped and let them walk across. well when they got to the other side the mom looked at me and made its noise that it does. it was kinda funny.. it was almost like a "thanks for not killing my kids"
