So I talked to the owner a few nights ago, and she said she'd bring her s15 to the jack in the box where i first saw it. It's located at the corner Laselle/Iris in Moreno Valley California. It's in the newly made plaza by Stater Bros. and Juice It Up. So If You wanna really see it come by. It'll be a little 240 meet.

Why does Moreno Valley have to be all the way down there??? If you go, take pics. LOTS of pics.

there are actually quite a few S15's in the states, but only 1 that has ever been legalized. all the other ones are sold as "off road/show use only" vehicles. they cannot be driven on the street legally. the only 1 that is legalized belongs to some rich dude in Georgia. He said it ended up costing him 50K after legalization and everything.

NOt really a good idea to go over there or any surrounding cities. Unless she knows how to go around cops..

THERE IS ONE OTHER way but all I will say since the owner doesn't want anyone to steal idea / cops to find out , is that involves having a shop.

i suppose you could do the same thing that people do with s13's/s14's and register it using the title of a usdm version(s14 of course), but if the cop looks for a vin number you are screwed.

Well this is how she get's away with driving it for now: She'll drive in a huge pack with about 8-10 different cars. She'll try and stay in the middle of group so it'll distract the cops from everyone elese. This one other guy with a Soarer does that. It's preety easy to get to Diamond Bar from where we live. Just drive straight down the freeway and exit onto Diamond Plaza.
