The S14 SR20DET FSM document FAILS!?

doesnt work for me. whenever i open it (when it lets me download it....) it says the file has a problem and cant open, can anyone help me out? im on the last stretch of the engine swap and i just need the SR FSM....

i not only tried the direct dl from the adobe site but also the reader that comes with the Adobe Master Collection CS3 that i have...its not adobe..
