'The Ring' gone?

this is off topic kindda, but where did 'The Ring' go? it's like gone....

Its in NICO General now, so that everyone has access to it. There was only one Ring created, and it was put in the 240 section. : )

Dude, I've read some of those Infiniti posts, and I gotta say, they're just damn boring! I think I'd fall asleep driving a 'Fin (or whatever their cute little nickname is). G35 being the obvious exceeption.

Yeah a new Q45 with 350hp ain't bad, especially with all voice automated controls. But that's just way too much money--I'd be afraid to drive it hard.

Actually recently the G35 was said to be better all around than the Q45... my dad is getting a new G35

Yeah the G35 is nice, but it is basically the same as a Max. I would never buy an infiniti that is also sold as a nissan.

Yeah, I just saw where they compared the Q35, BMW 3something, and a lexus(I believe) the Q beat them in every test. That was on motortrend TV.

the G35 is nothing like the max. the G35 is built on a skyline platform and is a RWD vehicle.

are you talking about the G35 or the Q45? probably the G35, it's been killing everybody. the main reason is the awesome powerplant that's makes others in the category shake in fear.

ok, didn't actually know that it was RWD. Same engine though right(VQ35), just tuned to 260HP?

well, almost every vehicle in nissan's and infiniti's line up is using this motor now. G35, altima, max, 350z, G35 coupe.

hmm.. don't recall ever using nicknames for an infiniti, but i'm sure someone has. i expect the infiniti crowd to become what 240'er's would call exciting in about a year and a half. there's mods to be added to the infiniti's, mainly the Q45, but the rest of us are really interested in keeping the vehicle in mint condition and are very picky about it. but with nissan/infiniti sharing the vq35 there will be a surplus of aftermarket goodies for all of our cars with the new nissan revival. especially the G35 sedan/coupe. if the superchargers ever come true, there will be a whole new type of crowd in the infiniti section.
