Actually, I had 500w PPI's (bridged) on Fosgate 12's in sealed boxes, that fired down into the spare tire well.... Un-freaking-believable how hard that thing hammered away....

I had an old-school Clarion in-dash CD player built in 1988 (yeah, back when CD players were BIG bucks), and the mounts had to be damped so the bass wouldn't skip the disc...

Cardenal Car Stereo did the whole setup - VERY old-school... I miss that car (and those days).
