I found out why i killed two turbos in one week.... i guess at high rpm the pump gear spins on the crank just long enough to burn up the turbo but not show a loss of oil pressure on the gauge.... so do they make a bushing or something to fix this or is it time for a new crank?

Why not swap in a GTR oil pump? How high were you going? 8k?

If that gear spun you just ****ed up the crank. It rounds over the drive eccentric on the crank like a wrench slipping off a nut. If it`s dorked up you might be able to have a crank shop weld it up and re-machine it but we are getting into metallurgy ask an expert about that. The stationary gear on the RB pumps can actually shatter under stess which is why guys buy those $1000.00 aftermarket oil pumps.

my machinist thinks he can spin it 90deg and cut new flat spots on the crank without hurting the hardness. I will tell yall wath happens with it after he is done .. It is junk any way so he cant realy hurt it.. I saw somewhere a crank collar for a rb26 but can't find one for a rb25.... any one??? any one???
