Pretty sure I'm in love with this car.

This has to be the first automatic I've ever thoroughly enjoyed. However, these runflats SUCK and they were the one component of the car that held me back on the immensely fun twisties in NC. I'm of the mindset that the performance wheel/tire package should be a standard feature on a Q50 Sport. If I had to pick one thing to change about my car, it would be that I went ahead and sprung for that feature rather than waiting to Band-Aid it later.

I also sort of wish I had gotten the Nav package, but that's the only other minimal nitpick I could muster. Running around up there with no cell signal is the only reason for that desire as well, and I'm rarely in areas that remote.

I can't believe how well this platform manages its weight. I didn't feel much body roll at all. I left all the nannies on as I still don't have a ton of seat time with the car, and it likes to get tail happy (largely due to its lack of limited slip differential - I was mistaken that a Q50S came with one of these instead of going with the trend of using brakes for torque vectoring). I didn't want to chance going off the side of a mountain due to a silly mistake or something. The car did, however, feel like it was 300lbs heavier than my Z - not a bad thing, but noticeable.

I will have some GoPro footage to drop on here once I get more time after this hellacious work week I have.

In my experience, all cars off the front-mid platform are quite tail happy. But they can certainly be fun.

Run flats suck balls on the Q50. Mine are sitting in the shed and I have my G37 sport wheels on it with ContiExtreme DWS. MUCH better.

Dude! I need to see pics with the G37 wheels!

I'm currently working to see if the Quaife LSD offered for the G37/370Z will fit the Q50S RWD. If so, I may splurge for that first and do a writeup. If not, I'm looking to grab some Rays takeoffs from a 370 (hopefully nabbing 4 fronts) and adding some Michelin Pilot SS or trying out the Continentals. I have always heard great things about the Michelins.

It will look much better once I install the RS-R springs.

Hey dude! What tire sizes are you running? I couldn't get enough of a zoom going on these.

Also, do you have RSR springs installed in these pics or is it at stock height?

I might be pulling the trigger on a set of these custom painted metallic black - they'll look sweet on my white Q!
