We just bought a 2011 G37x and are considering some dealer offerings to protect the paint. It sounds as though the "clear bra" is recommended by this forum, but how about The Protector (paint sealant) offered by Infiniti? The dealer's price is quite steep ($999).

You're better off using a quality wax/polish. The problem with a clear bra is that it will not last forever and when you remove it, the paint will not match. If your front bumper gets damaged with chips/scratches, have a decent paint shop, paint it.

I've used Zaino products and it will help protect the paint and make it easy to keep clean.

How long does the car bra last? Which Zaino product do you recommend for a new car? I would prefer to have the waxing done professionally. Can you recommend a car wash or detailing company--Turtle Wax perhaps?
