Spoiler kit... just waiting to see what comes out. I like the Ford Sierra RS style rear spoiler. Though I do want to keep the car looking smooth and clean and not like a YoBoyzRacing machine.

Chassis does not look like it could benefit from strut bars. But we will do some testing.

Gotta find a lightweight flywheel. This 30 pound flywheel is just rediculous.

Fog lamp kit

more to list as I dig into this car. Here are some images of the stock car.http://picasaweb.google.com/wd...Versa

What are you guys doing or planning?

My plan:

If a front strut tower brace DOES help steering, obtain one.

Then drive car until engine blows up, then replace car with another Versa.

I drive 36,000 miles per year, so that will put replacement at 5-10 years, depending on how well the synthetic and regular maintenance helps keep it up.

I plan to copy everything that Bill does to his car. Hee hee.

I don't have much of a nack for "time" to figure these things out anymore and rely heavily on the work and "kits" that others do or can put together.

My shop space (home's garage) keeps shrinking in available space and spare time (and money) has gone to mods on the motorcycle.

The wonderful Versa is begging to be "done" but I'd like to see what others do (and create) before I get started. So far, I have dark-tinted the windows and added a lame vinyl pinstripe. My 6-spoke alloy wheels aren't too bad for a mass-produced offering, but lower profile tires (and wider) would be cool.

I want to put some LED accent lighting under the dash to light-up the interior floor space at night, and then figure out some cool mounting for a GPS navigation aid, or maybe my laptop (that would allow DVD viewing AND GPS tracking with map software). We'll see.

Just a note, you should really blurr that plate numbers if you post your car online. Friend of mine got pulled over cause someone stole his plate numbers and he got pulled over for like 30 speeding tickets or something like that.

Nice plans! wish I had the time to invest in this car that much. keep us posted on your mods.

I think the plate issue is no different than someone copying a plate that they see on the street.

plates are a non-issue. I get profiled so much by cops (funny to see their faces as they are expecting snot nosed kids in the stickered up race car, not two old people)... plus I am fairly well known on the interweb. Plus, go ahead, steal this car. It is insured. Maybe then I can buy a 2007 Cadillac CTS like I really wanted.
