If you do a file attachment in the Reply screen, it will get shrunk enough to be a reasonable size, as I recall!

If you want to have a larger picture also available for those of us who have larger screens, then you can upload it into the Gallery area, and use the technique I use in the stickies (do an "quoted reply" on one of my posts and see the actual HTML code.)

With this approach, the picture in the thread becomes "clickable" and brings up the larger image on demand.

G35sunfan or anyone , with that Offset +34 do you think they would fit on a M35x model? I have been searching for the right wheels for my M35x and I dont want to make a error. I'm trying to get the stance of the car to look right. I believe 245/40/20 20x8.5 will fit but Im looking to push the wheels out a bit with a +34 or +42 offset, and widen the rear tire, as well.

I was thinking about lowering the car like a inch also. Can this be done safely with the M35x?

So, any help with the right fitment of 20 inch wheels with the widest tire and best offset would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Yes it will fit. There is no difference in brake clearance on all of the models. Tirerack is showing up to 275 tire width on the non-sport wheels. You lucky people without the rear wheel turn can really get some meat back there. Remember the +34 is perfect but only with a 8.5 width rim. If you go with a 9 inch rim I wouldn't go lower than a +42. Also on my 8.5 I could've went with some 255/30 on the back but decided I wanted to rotate to keep the tires longer.

Thanks for the response. I ordered some wheels(20x8.5) with +42 offset along with some springs with a 1.25 inch drop. I would have liked to stagger my wheels, I think that look is really nice, but tire rotation is better for the wallet. When I get the car set up Ill try to post some picture.

Appreciate all the help, Mattx10x

You are right ... 20" tires are not inexpensive!

Also, please be careful to get the correct load index tires ... the M45 is a relatively heavy car and you must make sure to have at least 94 or 95 load index tires. Minimum!

I couldn't agree with you more brother....Although I would love to swap my 06' M35 stock wheels with anyone who has the sport edition stock wheels!

Here's what it would look like with some .
I had those BBS RS-GT in 19" staggard on my M35 when I first got it but honestly they looked like 18"or 17" wheels on the M. Looked really small thats why I sold those and gone with 20" now, but still considering 22"s
