You want to use as little weight as possible and lay down the most rubber you can right? Probably going to be 17" wheels, maybe 9 (or more if possible, I'm not sure if you want to pull and roll your fenders though.) or even 10 inches wide.

This is 17x9 all around, rolled front fenders and roll/pulled backs.
