the other guys modified prius rear wheel drive?

anyone see the other guys yet? i swear they modified the prius. it was going around turns sideways with smoke coming off the back tires(and they were e-braking it). I can't find a good clip right now and i don't feel like proving my point by editing a telesync. i searched around on google and i couldnt find anything. Anyone got any info on that crazy prius?

Its not RWD man. Tires may have been smoking, but they weren't spinning. After all, the e-brake DOES lock up the rear wheels. Think about it, for all the time and money spent building a bunch of RWD Prius' (pri-i?), the studio could have just found a cheap RWD vehicle to fit the character if it was all that important to have RWD. They really only slid it for a few scenes anyway.

i just re-watched the parts. its defiantly front wheel drive. its hard to tell because you never really can see the wheels lock but the smoke is skidding smoke and not spinning smoke. i watched it at the threatre tonight and it was so funny that i guess i couldn't make out small details while laughing historically. Sorry for the false hopes.

According to the Wall Street Journal it's rear wheel drive. Link here. I definitely remember seeing the rear wheels smoke in some scenes but not in others. Apparently they used 3 different cars so 2 were stock and the other really mod.
