the oil press seems low and the sr is like loosing power ( just did a rebuild..)

low oil press or not ? my buddy has the same motor only an s14 i got the s15 and his oil press is like at 25psi and all times when wormed up. mine is like at 16 psi, i have been told not to worry and then i have been told that its kinda low. my pump is not that old, the motor is a 2000.

just ran in to another problem last night. so i took my car for a lil ride to downtown since it was so nice out yesterday and when i got to downtown it started like loosing power when starting of a red light and when i would press the gas down it would go, but then again when i would just start of normal it seemed like the motor would be loosing power and would also studer. like cutting off fuel or something? i need help... it was like bugging or cutting the fuel off also when i punched it of the ramp off the highway idk wtf this is, im just worried for the motor not to brake down again. i just hit 1000 miles on the new rebuild.
