ok guys i have some bad news...due to some recent health issues getting worse i will not be able to attend Carlisle...if u r friends with me on FB then u know whats been going on...with that being said i have a lodge room that will be available and i will hold it till somebody wants it and make sure they get it...also idk if my sticker can be used or my tickets but i already have bought them and got the window sticker in the mail...im very pissed i cant make it but its in my best interest to stay home...

I am always calm. I am well aware of the banter that has gone back and forth in the past, and I am also aware that most of the comments have been sarcasm.

But you have made some serious, insulting comments in the past about people that I know (I called you on it then as well) and sometimes it is difficult to tell the difference between "real talk" and sarcasm. I know that I don't need to fight anyone else's battles for them, but if I see someone making "e-thuggish" comments, it irritates me and I generally will speak my mind on the issue.

The entire purpose of my post was to point out how childish your comments were. If you are in Baltimore studying medicine, I would assume that you are attending Johns Hopkins, which means that you are pretty well educated. If that is the case, then there is no need for you to be acting like a thug on the internet.

Speaking for myself about the comments you have made about me, dont worry doc, there is nothing that I say on here that I would have any problems saying to your face. So if we can be finished with this pissing match, I'm fine. I can appreciate sarcastic, witty banter as much as the next guy, but some of your posts have crossed the friendly line in the past. I have met dozens of people from all over from being on this site and have gotten along with all of them (some may have been a little stranger than others...) so I don't see the need to stop that now, especially because you live so close and its good to know other car enthusiasts in the area.

For the record: My "East Side" reference was sarcasm as well. You have been talking about moving back to the east coast for over a year now, so I was fully aware that you were not serious about that part of it.

I'll say this and be done with this and you... there is nothing E-thuggish about my comments, quite the contrary, i have been on 93coupe's case because I felt that was his motus operandi. However, in looking back, and actually seeing more of his posts, I think it was more of comments getting lost in translation since tone is often lost over the internet. My recent posts to 93coupe were in the same jest nature that I began to see his posts, however apparently that tone was lost as well, and I can see how someone may have actually taken it seriously... I take everything on this site as a joke... the ramblings in the political forum by tea party members and extremists, the possibility of a turboaltimuranos , and even you and your captain save-a-friend mentality.
