Technically, you are correct. Courts have jurisdiction due to the 2006 SCOTUS 5-4 decision which means they all should be released as there is no way the evidence against them would be upheld based on US law. These guys were captured by the military who follow their rules thus the evidence is simply not there. They are all innocent and we should repent our sins and give them and their family's US citizenship and give them a place to live and a job to repent our sins.

One of these days people will put what is best for us in front of their BS bleeding heart viewpoints. Won't happen until we have 3-4 more terrorlst attacks on our own soil.

My point is that terrorlst actions are not covered via the Geneva Convention. I'm sure you disagree.

I don't care if the individual chooses to have one or not. I don't want to pay for it.

Except for the repenting our sins part I am in complete agreement with you.

As far as themadscientist goes he just doesn't comprehends how the English language has evolved over time, where the roots are and how or why Shakespeare is regarded as the greatest writer of the English language. I would hate to ask him his opinion on the Stuart Period. Would get a good laugh though.

I told my buddies over there that a head shot resolves all the problems.

You do know they have been fighting for hundreds of years over there right?

Mountains are good places to keep away from people or defend yourself from advancing armies.

Afghanistan is just going to be another losing proposition. Eventually we will do what we do best and that is throw money at it.

You mean they don't even like each other? Really?

I say release all the terrorists in San Francisco where they will be received with open arms.

I like SF. I think the terrorists would be more at home in Dallas/Fort Worth or East St. Louis. Anything there would be an improvement.

I disagree. I think an attack on San Fran by terrorists may just be enough to open the eyes of the bleeding hearts.....Hell, even that's probably not enough either....
