Technically, you are correct. Courts have jurisdiction due to the 2006 SCOTUS 5-4 decision which means they all should be released as there is no way the evidence against them would be upheld based on US law. These guys were captured by the military who follow their rules thus the evidence is simply not there. They are all innocent and we should repent our sins and give them and their family's US citizenship and give them a place to live and a job to repent our sins.

One of these days people will put what is best for us in front of their BS bleeding heart viewpoints. Won't happen until we have 3-4 more terrorlst attacks on our own soil.

Government milk subsides I guess. It should be up to the individual what they want to do with their body. Once the government starts dictating what you may or may not do under the penalty of death then we are probably no better than China with it's now defunct one child policy.

Except for the repenting our sins part I am in complete agreement with you.

As far as themadscientist goes he just doesn't comprehends how the English language has evolved over time, where the roots are and how or why Shakespeare is regarded as the greatest writer of the English language. I would hate to ask him his opinion on the Stuart Period. Would get a good laugh though.
