Looks like a pretty sharp car. I think it's less sporty than the previous gen Spec V, but not bad for the market segment it's in.

I am surprised that Nissan is keeping the QR25de engine in there. Too bad... With all the reliability issues and recalls on that engine, I would have thought they would have brought on a new engine like they did with the base sentras (MR18 and MR20).

Looks much more like the new altima than the other sentras to me...

I am going to be very curious about the price points on these. Seems like they going to do some serious bumping heads with the Altima.

The revamped QR should be trouble free and more lively than the angry ape that is the original.

Drop that thing a bit and it's something approaching attractive.

Heard from different sources that the new QR25 should be good for 200hp all motor..we'll see though.

Prev gen's butted with the altima as well an 05-06 ser auto with sunroof was about 20,000 where as your 2.5 S altima msrp about 20,895. Nno change in that aspect

However what you get at that price feature and option wise is where the difference is. I have an 06 sentra and can't wait to order one for the lot, If it drives like I think it will, I will be the first one in west texas to have one.

Man if the 170 HP Altima Coupe is close in price it may be a difficult choice. Less power but I really like the look. Man I wish the SE-R had been a coupe.

i definately agree with that but i am at a disadvantage I have 2 kids need the extra set of doors. the coupe looks awesome

is it just me or is all the new cars seem so big and bulky? Thats why i like the b14's so much becuase they got the new look but there not so bulky. not only that but the interiorer looks so hard to customize, like what if you wanted to put a new cd player in one of thoes? your going to have a big gap to fill in.

Personally I miss the 03s. They were just like the 02s but none of the red stiching. Thats my only problem with the 02s. I bought an 03 Super Black Spec-V and absolutely loved the color scheme and its front end resemblence to the R-33s. I dont' know but to me nothing can fill those shoes. I had so many people tell me, literally, that that car had balls...And it did.

My mods were:Injen CAIClutch& FlywheelStraight 2 and 3/4 inch pipe all the way back from the catTook original headers out and cleaned inside with wirebrush.(heard knocking the baffles out were almost the same as Hotshot headers.

And I was making Type-S Acuras with IHE pissed...

We'll have to see the new Ser before passing judgement. However, I'm not sold on the new Sentra. Too boxy for me. I have to agree with the comment that the 03 Sentra Ser has the best looking facia. They stopped using it on the 04's and up, which was a shame. They don't look as distinctive as the 2003. I also don't like the solid red tail lights that they switched to in 2004. FYI: I put a set of euro tail lights on my 03 and have had all kinds of positive comments and questions about them. I have yet to see another Sentra like mine around here. Even the dealer thinks they're cool. I also purchased 3 of the 2.5 emblems (For the Altima), and stuck one on the trunk lid, and one on each side of the car above the Ser logo. Looks good.

The blue looks like a new tl type s. but the body design looks like a new altima. I love the new tl-s but not really feelin the new altima. not sure what i think.
