Yes you are right,I heard about it. In the Your country is 327hp. The top speed is 155-158 or in km is 250-255km/h. I am not sure if you actually using the different unit for the hp or just the emission thing. The regulations in most of the countries are pretty tight for the emission. Maybe Near East not that bad and your car tuned different.

+1 on the emissions...except its the other way around. Emissions are more lenient outside the US, for the most part anyway. Top speed is usually governed by the OEM tires on the vehicle.

Sure it doesn't say 327 BHP?? or 306BHP??I know some cars here in the US are listed as BHP, especially if you buy from honda or acura.Difference between BHP and HP as units of power measurement is about 15% difference.Maybe that's why?

Yes, you could be right. I still think it is just some kind of diff. because of the emission. But my other thought was the diff. measuring as you said.

Its probably from the stricter SAE standards in the U.S that was implemented last year or 2 years that saw many cars have a decrease in HP and the way it was calculated at the crank.

Like the TL, it went from 270hp to 258hp after it was tested on the new SAE standards.

I am guessing that in Saudi Arabia, the car isn't tested at the same SAE standards as in the U.S. So technically its the exact same car, but the hp just aren't calculated the same.

Ok so I've found this. It say there is metric hp which is bigger than ours. I guess that's the reason. They are using metric system in Saudi Arabia.

Yeah the US is the only country where SAE standards are in use.....it's the same engine and car.....

another big diff between euro and US cars is that in euro they only require lighter and smaller 3mph bumpers while in the US we have 5mph.

I hate this differences around the world. Every time you read an article about an exotic car you have to give or take 10% of the hp value just because you don't know what the unit they were using . This is being retard. We can see that next year. The Infiniti is going to put several dealership in Europe. We can see how they will advertise it.
