The local nissan dealer let me down.

I had my 08 350z in for a new window motor installation and they scratched the rear fender and touched it up with a touch up marker. They are denying the whole thing.

Ugh, that sucks. It's a PITA to get shops like that to pay up. Have you called your insurance company?

no i haven't called my insurance company yet, my cousin is a professional buffer, he said he can get buff it out, but the point is that the dealer should pay up.

yea that sucks. as much of a hassle as it is, it's a good idea to take dated pics of your car in and out before dropping it off anywhere.

Call your insurance company. Call the dealer. Make a stink, be loud. It's effective.

I have pictures taken of it last week but not good enough to show that there isn't a scratch.
I even have dated pictures of the inside of the door panel seeing as that is what was being taken apart but they had to scratch the fender.

I am meeting with the owner monday, he owns the local Nissan, toyota and lexus dealers and this could look very bad on his part.

I might release the dealer's name after i talk with the owner depending on the result.
