Hi Folks,

I have a 94 300Z. It is Automatic.

I have the 'Light" warning light on my dash whenever I press the brakes. I had this serviced and they replaced something but shortly thereafter it came back.

TBH I am not 100% certain it was fixed.

Right now the brake lights come on, even the third light in the spoiler. But I have no turn signals. No turn signal light on the dash, or on the outside lights. The clicking noise you usually get with the turn signal is absent.

Is this a coincidence? Or are the Light Warning and the absent turn signal possibly related?

Will it be enough to replace the rear(?) turn signal bulbs, or do I need to also replace the turn signal flasher? Or something else?

Turn signals is likely a flasher issue. The brake warning light is probably due to incorrect wattage lamps being installed.

One other detail. The light warning light does not come on unless the headlights are also on.

Gonna pick up a flasher tonight.

In the Autozone parking lot, I thought, hey maybe see if the hazard lights work.

They do.

So probably not the flasher. Maybe the turning signal switch itself?
