the infamous tiiming chain knock

hello allnew to the 240 world....picked up a 240 for a steal and replaced the blown ka with another ka

ive got the knock from the timing chain...understand on how to fix, but do most people go ahead and replace the tensioner or just free it up if that is the problem...ive read all the posts and no seems to mention replacing it??just curiousi will be attempting the fix tomorrow this new motor is something i got off ebay for cheap, but im aware it sat up for a few months pretty sure the tensioner is gumped upalso does anyone know of voss racing out of florida, they built the motor i just took out and wondering if they can fix what went wrong with my other motorany help is much appreciated.

okie..here is a good one for the experts...did the entire process of removing the guides,,both upper and mid timing guide..i also replaced the timing chain tensioner...it is freed up just like it is supposed to..the bottom tensioner is lose like it is supposed too.but i have this terrible knocking noise for the front of the motor...any suggestions..??
