A nice counterpoint to American Capitalism. They obviously made it work, but there are always sacrifices (Obscenely high taxes, different liberties)
Are we too big to sustain?

Having lived in Europe and visited Denmark and with a few friends that have had extended (3 months or more) stays there I'll have to say that the article doesn't paint a complete picture of Denmark. A welfare state to the extreme with a ridiculous tax rate and a homogenized culture, it felt like a waystation o what I saw in Demolition Man. And while I never saw, let alone experienced (I'm white and travelling with German friends) any prejudice or racist actions I've heard of some xenophobia, especially toward those from the middle east.
