s***s kinda come up past week. I had to get my certification for my National Mountain Bike Patrol, then I had to take 5 tests from Tuesday - Thursday so that I can go back to college and the other days I had to work :P. Plus I've been having issues with Outlook Express for POP3 access to my Yahoo mail so probably why you didn't get a response as fast as I usually do. I'll have to go on the web based version to reply with the tracking number.

So youve got my valve covers done, whats up with the timing cover? If you still dont have the color for it, you can change it to that black chrome you did my fuel rail and t-stat housing in for my KAE. Im dying to get these!

I take it you didn't get my email.

Im having a lot of problems with your cover and brakes. I did them Tuesday and everything just came out really bad.

I'll have to strip everything back down and try again for the 3rd time so hopefully 3rd times a charm.

At first I thought it was a bad batch of candy blue powder but I tested it on other pieces and they came out fine. It may be something in the metal causing the problems.

I'll try a different setup on the brakes and pray on the cover. If it were for these complications they would of been shipped out wednesday.

Correct any seals inside the TB have to be removed. Some TB have plastic bearings so they would melt thus why they need to be removed.
