Is it worth it to restore this 240?
I came across it in an old barn, it has sat here since '08. The mice got a hearty meal from the spark plug wires though it seems those are the only chewed wires. I'm here to ask what would be absolutely necessary to get this thing running, if I'm missing anything. My list right now is as follows: gas, oil+filter, battery, fuel tank straps, fuel filter, fuel pump, spark plugs+wires, distributor cap+rotor, clutch master+slave+line kit. The gas tank sits on the ground so that's why I need the new straps, I don't feel like de-gunking the fuel filter/pump, the wires don't exist as of right now so those are definitely needed, maybe not so much the distro cap+rotor, and finally the clutch pedal can be pressed by hand, no resistance outside of the spring in the hinge, and the pedal stays down to the floor, no pressure. If that's not an issue with the master/slave/line then i'm not sure what would be causing that.
If there is a proper thread for this type of question, please please refer me to it, I just joined and i'm not sure where I should better post this. My question is not necessarily is it worth it in terms of money, rather could I feasibly get it running with relative ease. I'm worried there might be some underlying issue that I could be missing that would make restoring this car next to impossible.
Thanks for any and all input, good day.
