The Hardbody

I recently bought a 96 Hardbody. Ive seen some very amazing things done to these little guys and I would love to start working on mine! Could anyone provide sources for someone in need of some custom parts?

Are you trying to lift it, etc, or are you making a street truck?

hey man ... yeah you can do some wild things with the little hardbody.. First is yours a 4x4 or 2.. if it is 2 wd the 4 wheel drive fenders and bed will fit right on if you are planning on lowering it .. to give you some more room to let the wheels set up in the whales.. there is alot of parts from belltech for you suspension.. go with belltech.. chassie tech makes drop spindles but you have to use 16 inch wheels or bigger.. Bell techs are much more efficient. Well thats if you are going to lower it.. They also have alot if you are going to go in the route in lifting it also. If you are going for the custom look search cardomain and alot of the guys on there with the hardbodys list some good links that will lead you in the right direction on getting them custom parts.. I am going all shaved body parts on mine.. watch on some of the sites though.. They want like 50 bucks for a door handle shave plate.. i can make you one out of 16 gadge steel and ship it to you for like nothing.. There are alot of aftermaret lights for the harbodys too.. body kits are a little hard to find now,... i got mine off a guy on ebay.. fibertrucks.. ... he has a really nice kit with rollpan for about 150.. if you looking that way look him up... yeah so pretty much just search it and you will be amazed at what all you can get from suspention to accessories. the ka24e and de engines are nice little power plants too.. you might have the 6 if so there is alot of up grades for them as well.. check mine out... http://www.myspace.com/motochamp315.. if you need any parts hit me up.. oh yeah if you come across any wheel arch replcement body panels for the bed let me know.. its the only thing i have been looking for for like ever to finish up my bed..
