I have finally purchased a 240sx. After -seriously- 2 to 3 years of searching for one i have bought a 1991 240sx hatch, Pics are below.

- It doesnt run, the guy said it needs a fuel pump and maybe a new head gasket, not to mentionn its missing alot of engine components (spark plugs, injectors, battery, distributor, and other things- The paint is gay, it was suppose to be some custom crap but it just faded to what it is now- The a pillar rack or whatever its called is rusted apart, i need to get the engine out so i can just weld some sheet metal in there- Its autotragic :(- S15 lightning bolt emblem and 180sx garnish- It has kyb 4 way adjustables on all corners with intrax springs- Athentic apexi n1 axelback and some kind of "limited edition" carbon fiber apexi front-top strut bar- There was a free plastic fork in the glove box.. now how radical is that

I didnt realize 240s have a release for the ignition, so when we went to tow it home, to get it out of park i bent the key, and a local hardware store couldnt make an exact copy even when it was flatened out.. so time for new locks and ignition, needs new ones anyway.

Congrats... I just gone one last month... These cars are a dream. Easy on the eyes... but not on the wallet. But who cares. You have to spend money on something......Might as well be a sweet @$$ car!

$700 is a great deal, despite the damage and the key thing. As long as the fram is straight its good. But what in the world would you call that color? Cumquat? HAHA I have no idea, but it's original anyway.

yeah i have no idea what color that is, the guy said the previous owner before him was going to do this whole custom graphic crap

yeah the body is straight for 700, but there is this (note the rusted part)http://kentuckyfriedchildren.com/113_1327.JPG

btw i have more pics at http://kentuckyfriedchildren.com/(sorted by date, newest are at the bottom)

ive been gutting the interior.. its still going to be recarpeted but the previous owner sprayed the trim and installed that dyna sound stuff and ****ed up the carpeting

Definitely a nice price for a project car. I agree with nlzmo400r... your funds will be non-existant forever now =) Have fun pimping it out dude.

PS. Ditch the fake badges (S15 bolt + 180SX back section), leave those to the posers.

Invalid hit? Not sure what you mean about that, but my DoD email addy shouldnt have anything wrong with it, the exchange server sitting next to me has no problems =) Either way, I'll switch it a diff email addy.
