Ok so after the wipers and the smoking posts I have gotten the Q home and off the trailer as i said in my 92Q45smoke?? post it has been sitting for 2 years .... so after the long trailer ride home she got her first hole shot ( yes even with the old gas , oil, and low tir pressure ) i just couldnt help it i had to see why everyone here is attached to these cars! well it didnt take long for me to know that i am going to be a beliver. so this morning with no delay i got out into the garage to start swaping old fuids for new when i came across a service record folder.... Now as i said before i know the old owner had been taking the Q to T3 beacuse of the lack of sucsess of the other garages he had been to in the past . i know i was given some good ideas on what to check first but it looks like t3 had him in the right direction let me know what you think my next move will be

2003 new plugsrt back coilnew altnew brakes & rotors x4upper bracket frt suspension maf timing chain guides ( They were not broken but oil pan pulled and cleaned anyway )new drive shaft new belts new pulleys front of engine new radiator new fuel pumpTranny fluid changed

Finding this has relaxed me quite a bit i looks like t3 was steering him in the right direction and he spoke very highly of them. Any ideas for next moves would be apperciated.. going down to dmv today and see about registation the ill have to worry about the inspection

The major worry will be Ethanol in gasoline and how the SE [non ethanol] injectors react.

Get a quanity of BG44k and use it immediately and 1 can every 90 days to flush away reactants. Change fuel filter immediately and every 90 days until the fuel system gets stablized [any immediate and short term sloughing of tank and hose insides].

Good luck if you don't have a choice on fuels.
