I picked up the Wasabi intake manifold today. Few things missing but not a big deal to me. 1 a spot for the idle air control valve. and a few more vacume ports, nothing major. I gave him a RB20 lower intakemanifold for core so he will prob have anotherone done soon. He told me that he ran out of the 90mm Throttle body flanges which he is goin to put on the manifolds. Lucky for me I didn't want anything that big. It could use some porting. Anyways he will need a core for those who want a manifold. Give take give take bla bla bla pics.

I'm holding the TB onto the manifold no flange there.

Now for the bad sort off.

I think since this is the 1st it's not the best but I'm can't knock it. I couldn't do any better lol. All these parts and the motor is still stock. Big trobule ahead lol goin from stock to modded in 2.2 seconds. His Web Page with Email

I used RTV on mine..will work fine.

I had a local metal shop waterjet me a flange for my 2001 mustang GT throttlebody, which is 72mm on the outer edge, but tapers down to 65mm..5mm more than stock.

thats a nice manifold...im thinkin about getting one like that. Once you get it installed tell us how the response feels and if you felt like it gained any in performance.

Thanks

I won't really beable to tell since I'm doing alot of things at the sametime. When that goes on the Bigger turbo is goin on at the sametime, along with the FMIC and downpipe and if I'm lucky the exhaust. :( I drove the car stock a few times but not really hard cause I haven't changed out the fuel pump yet.

Mine won't fit the stock tb, you'd have to draw one up in autocad to fit it, then get it cut. Unfortunately I'm going out of town for July and won't be around, otherwise I'd love to get this done for you.

Yeah, I've taken a few years of autocad at college so I'm pretty good on it now. As far as the IAC, I just actually made it remote (my buddy's idea) and so I just drilled an aluminum plate for it and then have a hose running to a barbed fitting on the IM for it to hook to.

I'll get pics up tonight of stuff, I have been working away since I go home Friday, but thinking of trying to start it tonight
