Don't ask, it's random I know. My dad and brother are behind me watchin an Atlanta Braves game...and I could give a rat's rear about baseball. It just makes me realize...I NEED FOOTBALL!

Sept 2 - first Michigan game vs. Miami Ohio = too far away! Yeah yeah I'm a 'rines fan, get over it if you're not. (Better not be any Buckeyes fans on here  ...I'm originally from Columbus, OH) Oh yeah, Nov 20 - Buckeyes will be owned!

Well sorry for the meaningless venting, if anyone else is going through the same problems as me...least I won't be alone.Maybe I won't be so lonely after I find that 240!

Whoa! If I wasn't already well-hooked-up with NICOmom, I'd be IN LOVE!!!

Chicks that dig football RULE!!!

I am psycho at football games. Our son Hunter (12 y.o.) is a middle linebacker and defensive captain for the past 5 years... Kid hits like a S.O.B. and just loves to go all "Waterboy" on some poor schmuck who's not paying attention. :)

I'm an asst coach, and resident screamer / heckler / sideline lunatic... Football OWNS ALL!!!

Oh yeah - Mike Vick is gonna (finally) light it up.

The guy is inhuman. Lots of work on the O-line, and we have resolved the receiver / safety problems. Sad to see Dan Reeves go :(, but yes, the Dirty Birdz will win the NFC South.

well, assuming we got both our starting QB and relief, we'll probably stand a good chance.

as McNair, though aging, can still get 'er done, and Bullek rocks.

I think I just messed his name up though:D

Yeah see I think I'm funny :D, but I'm not .

I work with several OSU alumni and I always ask them how the Bobcats (University of Ohio) are doing.

College football rules. SEC, Big Ten, ACC these are big games.

Don't laugh at me, but I am an IU Hoosiers fan. I have my season tickets to all basketball and football games down in Bloomington. I must admit we may have the sadest Big Ten football program around, but it is getting better. Hopefully this year we can a few games. I think I say the same thing every year, "this year will be different, we will reach .500" and I am always wrong. Oh well. Us IU Alumns have learned to deal with dissapointment from the football team. Michigan is coming to town October 2nd, I expect we will be destroyed as usual, but I can dream can't I.

You all need the COLTS!

We have season tickets, and if you can find a more intense place than the RCA dome in indy, ill get you a cookie or something..... :)

The thing about footbal its just as fun, if not more, to watch it on TV at home.. Most sports arent exciting unless your actually there, but football is exciting no matter where you are...

Ok Wes, I am a huge Colts fan and get to a couple of games a season, but the RCA Dome is one of the most pathetic venues for football I have ever seen. It is small, very cramped and the crowds aren't exactly that great either. The crowds are only good when the team is winning and playing a another good team. I have been to a couple of other stadiums around the league to watch games and it puts the crowds at the dome to shame. Maybe it is just the stadium itself that makes everything seem so ho-hum, but the noise level is not there and the fan enthusiasm doesn't seem to be there the entire game. Go to a game up at Lambeau and let me know what you think of the Dome afterwards.

I feel sorry for you Colts fans though, Manning is such a choke artist. Always has been.

the Ravens do suck, very dirty team, so are the Panthers though:D it's good football to watch, but man, some of the players just need the **** beat out of them...

Indy is the least profitable franchise in the NFL, and has the cheapest stadium (according to USA Today).

Guess who the MOST profitable is?

Nope.

You'll never guess.

The Redskins.

Interesting factoids, eh?

I know that Indy has the smallest and I think the 5th oldest (non-major renovated) stadium in the league. It seats less than 55,000 very uncomfortably for football. It also has the fewest number of the high priced club seats and sweets. That is one of the major reasons for being the least profitable. There will no doubt be a new stadium built in Indy, it is just a question of wether or not the Colts will be around to play in it.

Our tickets arent in the nose bleed section, in fact Ive never been in there.. The lower level seats are just fine, but it looks cozy up top.....

It gets so loud in there its unreal. I have to scream to the person next to me......

Cause they own everything, parking concessions even the STADIUM. Jack Kent Cooke was a SMART man, rest his soul.
