I've got the SR in the car, and running (thanks Paul and Yellow Jacket) and it really sounds good for the short period of time I run it.

I do however, need to know what the part numbers are for the upper and lower radiator hoses when using the KA radiator.

On the valve cover there is a T fitting on the driver side. One side goes to a little oil catch can at the back of the motor, but I'm not sure where the other side goes. I'm assuming to the intake tube, but I can't seem to get the intake tube installed in a way that allows me to do this, nor can I figure out what the little vaccume nipple is for on the intake.

I'm in the process of cutting the stock bumper to allow for the intercooler, but it seems like I need to take off quite a bit, like 4-5" of the big hole in the middle. Anyone else have to take off this much?

I know the engine seems to run fine, blows a little carbon smoke but I expected that as dirty as the intake manifold was. If one of the sensors is bad (O2, MAFS, etc.) will there check engine light on my dash come on? There is no CEL light coming on so is it fairly safe to assume all my sensors are good?

Man, I'm so excited, I'm so close now that I can feel it, see myself driving it again, now I just have these little things holding me back.

Lower radiator part number is probably same as KA's hose. There is not upper part number, you just have to buy two 90 degree hoses and a pipe that is straight to connect them. Places like heavy throttle sell kits if you cant figure out what to buy.

T fitting, front half goes to the intake. Hole for vacuum hose needs to be plugged unless you kept your egr/aiv equipment.

Depending on if you wired the check engine light it may or may not come on. Chances are you will know if something is bad (for example, the engine will not rev past 2400 RPM's if the MAFS is hooked up wrong). The light on the ECU could always be broken, I know mine is.
