here are some pictures of the bumper cover i cut for my hybrid intercooler. I didnt cut it all the way up like on daves, but i def have more air flow. however i will have to deal with bugs and rocks. im thinking of putting wire mesh over it. not sure if ill be a big fan of the mesh look, but id rahter have the performance, unless anyone else has any other ideas.

looking good, i would just leave it open, rocks and bugs happen, but, u'll be fine
