I have had a project in mind for several years now and have been waiting for the right opportunity to present itself. Today I stumbled across it so the 240 has to go up for sale

I posted it on CL today at a lofty asking price, but we will see what happens.

That thing needs a drag strip beating before sale!

I think you might be right ;) I have only taken it to the strip twice with underwhelming results.I think the last time I was there, it had 420 hp and it ran like a 13.5 because I have had zero practice launching it. I think my 60-foots were like 2.5s LOL!

It has 265 ET Street Radials that are great for highway, but it could be a 10s car with a decent set of slicks and me being a better driver. My winter list included sending my Work wheels out to have them widened 1.75" so I can get a 305 or 315 DR underneath it.

What are the widths and offsets of your Works? I know I've asked you before, I just can't remember what you told me.

They are 9" +38 and 10" +18. I had to pull the rears about 3/4" to get the fenders to clear the tires with minimal negative camber.
