I suspect the town is becoming empty of young people because of all the ignorance and arrogance shown by the old morons quoted in this article.
If they don't want panels in their town, fine. Let them all die out and leave the place for more educated and responsible people.

The best thing we can do is make that article viral so that their stupidity can be known by all.

It appears ignorance (I'm not convinced there's arrogance) in Woodland NC crosses all age demographics.

Median resident age: 38.4 years
North Carolina median age: 37.9 years

I was curious so I just looked up the town. Woodland NC is a very small (about 800) modest town with an estimated median household income less than half of the NC state average. We're not talking captains of industry living here. It sounds more like a combination of fear of the unknown and utter lack of science education. Kinda sad.
