Is there any space between the radiator and the CAS? My intercooler setup is the same as yours, but the piping pushes slightly against the radiator (which is how I'm guessing it cracked).

damn yall got some bad *** 240. i got a 93 240 with an S13 front end conversion. with the kakooy taillights,skyline headlights and dropped like 2 and a half inchs off the ground. its my drift machine.
