While I will concede that the "majority" of Russian females between the ages of 0 and 90 don't look like the chicks in that video, I will need to assert that Eastern Europe has far more than their fair share of hot-a$$ chicks.

Case in Point: The russian foreign exchange student that stayed at my house for 3 weeks in HS (then my sister went to Russia for 3 wks). This girl was gorgeous, I mean she was like 15-16 at the time and I was like 17, but still, HOT. In fact, I don't think I know one Russian/Polish/etc... girl that isn't well above average on the hoochometer.
