Used the SEARCH button - did not find anything.. I've just installed a new clutch XTD Stage 3 clutch... did not resurface the flywheel (but is in a great shape - I did not see ANY imperfections on it )... changed pilot bushing/bearing... changed throw out bearing... changed and bleed the slave cylinder... so I started driving my car I did not accelerate hard yet. but when I accelerate the clutch starting making a whistling sound (like turbo) I did not hear any other sounds coming out from clutch or transmission... when I depress the accelerator whistling stops. The clutch has 15 miles on it.. maybe it will stop after break in period?

This is a loooong shot, but it happened to me once. The elbow on the turbo compressor wasn't torqued down and caused the metal gasket to whistle when I started to get into boost (2500-3000 rpm). Reminded me of the video of the duck call on the BOV.

Otherwise, it sounds like there's some kind of bearing issue in the transmission to whine like that.

Did you get a new Throwout bearing with the clutch kit??

Maybe you TO bearing is bad.

Was the car running before you changed the clutch??? Hopefully its not the transmission. But in either case your going to have to pull down the trans.

Is it making noise at idle?

Changed the pilot bearing/bushing, changed the throw out bearing (but the new throw out bearing was a lil bit bigger / different).. the car ran before, but the clutch was bad it slipped very badly. Car doesn't make any noises any time except accelerating... maybe it will stop doing this after brake in period?

You think that you might have gotten the wrong bearing???Should be the same one as the NA Z32.

I'd double check that you have gear oil in the transmission. Make sure there are no leaks etc...

Pilot bushing......Just thinking I don't believe that I installed one on my car. I cant remember, but I don't remember seeing one on the FLywheel or input shaft.
