Hello all! Thanks for letting me join! I would like to request some help...

Long story short I bought a 94 2+0 non turbo. I bought it with a small sputter. Basically when the car was cold, the car would run PRESTINE! but when she got hot...she would choke. If you gave it any gas she would jerk a little like she was hitting fuel cut? I bought the car because I thought I knew what would fix it (ecu coolant temp sensor. That fixes my supra when it did that) the temp sensor did not fix it.

Anyway, 2 months later the problem has gotten WAY WORSE. I can't drive 2 feet without it choking. Now, it's undriveable.

I have replaced (long list) plugs (oem ngk laser plats), coils, cam position sensor, fuel pressure regulator, fuel pump, fuel tank, all fuel lines, brand new injectors, throttle position sensor, ignition lock cylinder, air filter, mass air flow sensor, battery, starter and new battery cables, 02 sensors, headers, pcv valves, and many more. Also, the motor has no egt sensor, so I purchased the resistor plug from z1 to have the ecu read correctly, it has new vacuum lines, and has new idle air and pcv hose kits from z1

I have the FSM, and have followed every. Single. Test. Down to the tee. And every test passes. I'm STILL having this issue...the car is undriveable, and I'm literally at a loss here. I've checked all grounds and have cleaned, and even added a few grounds thinking it was an issue with the harness....nothing.

Has anyone else had this problem? Please help!

Try checking your IACV and Air Regulator. Simple way to eliminate them, get a set of plugs to block off the air tube at the back center of the balance tube that feeds the air regulator, and then on the drivers side intake tube before the throttle body block off the hose there that routes to the IACV. Doing this will block all air to and from the IACV and regulator. If those have issues, then it SHOULD run differently. I found that both my regulator and IACV were bad on my car. doing this helped me isolate that out rather than me just throwing money randomly at things that were not the issue.
