The CD player will not accept the disk??

Hey, this is my first post and today I bought my first G35 '06 Sedan. I noticed a couple things wrong with the car on the long trip home that I did not discover while at the dealer. First off, will a Nissan dealership service dept. repair my Infiniti or do I have to take it to an actual Infiniti dealer?

The first thing was the Nav screen not staying down. When I turn the car off or touch the top of the screen to retract, it goes down and then comes right back up and stays up. It looks like it is not even so it could just be out of alignment. I called the dealer after I discovered this and he said that my car is 'still under the "bumper to bumper" so it will cover it...' ..???

Then I realized the CD player will not "grab" my cds... I try to push it in far enough for the CD player to guide the disk in but it doesn't. I have pushed the disk as far as barely being able to retrieve it from the player and still nothing. What to do? I have the Bose setup and I think it takes 6 CDs?
