So the car runs but the problem is that were the transmission bolt to the drive shaft the bolt dont fit and i cant get a nuton them ....are the head of the bolts suppoused to face the front of the car or rear ?

the driveshaft bolts to the transmission?

do you mean where the driveshaft bolts to the differential? If so, the bolts go in from the front and the nuts are attached on the back of the companion flange. It's easier if you loosen up the sway bar mounting u brackets and lower the sway bar a little bit. then just use a wrench to hold the nuts in place.
