oh you have a cat.... that is a problem. and like i said dont use a bleeder valve or anything like that. run a vaccum line right from your hot pipe to your wastegate.

and the way gain usually works iis you cant go overa 100% duty cycle. so i dont know where you get 120. i usually would have my avc-r set to 100% up to a little before the point where the car would hit full boost normally and then have it drop down and level of at 80% then, then drive and adust it from there to maintain boost level.

can you get ahold of another wast gate because that is an east swap out and it might make all the difference.

Hks evc is a little different to apexi avcr, it has boost offset instead of gain, largely the same thing but it's default value is 100% and goes up to 199%, where more than 100 is used if not reaching target boost and less than 100 is used if overboosting. That's what it's intended for anyway, but I have found it ramps it a bit harder using a little gain/offset, an also found I have to adjust it according to the weather all the time.

yeah i love my avc-r it was easy for me to setup. i set it up for 2 different boost setting in one afternoon and it held solid boost. .
