Not my idea, but hey, I'll kick it off. I wish I could get a paint job, but it turns out I'm poor. Um...here are some pictures.

She's a '93 with around 209,000 miles. I still can't believe how nice the interior is, I just wish the paint would match.

Looks good !!Cant see any paint issues from those pics. You sure a high end Wax and polish wont do the trick ?The paint they used on our J's is top notch !

Nah, the front bumper has a load of tiny chips, and the rear got scraped in a parking lot by someone that didn't stick around. That sucked.

you guys are perfectionists. I cannot see any scratches either. Jakw have you been to NYC ? If not check it out. even new and expensive cars BMW 7 , Mercedes have dings and scratches in the bumpers. cause sometimes the only way you can park the car is to push the others a bit so no one cares

-- I know what he means about the paint chips, I got into a fender bender(not my fault) in the city just a few months back and now my brand new, freshly painted front bumper cover makes my hood look disgraceful, perfectionist I may be, but it's just that much more noticeable now. Anyways here's my 15 year old lady, she's been sportin' the Colgan lingerie for a couple months now, hopefully by next summer I'll have some change put away for the hood paint and some tints. I think after that I'm gonna swap my cats out for some sort of resonator pipes, (Missouri's new emissions law exempts 96 & older), get her dyno'd, take some pics with my buddy's slr, and enter her in the ROTM, do you guys think I'd have a chance?

Here's my J30. It's in serious need of a wash and the clear coat probably needs to be redone.

Thanks. I actually bought it like that and the guy who sold me the car says the car had the spoiler when he bought it. It's funny because my car's the only base model J30 I've seen around here with the spoiler.

...and oh darn, just realized I forgot to take a pic of my odometer. The car has well over 209k on it and I don't plan on giving the car up until it's passed 300k.

Lol. Yeah, I'm going to try keeping my J until then as well but I'm afraid that I'll have a wife who forces me to get rid of the thing before the car dies. Well, then again, I could work the J30 into the wedding vows. Hmm, on second thought, I will work the J30 into the wedding vows. Man it's a good thing I'm already getting this stuff planned out years before I plan on actually getting a wife.

Ah, there are all these little baby Js with less than 200,000 miles. I'm only at 209,000, and my interior looks a lot like StevieRay's. Little more steering wheel wear, and dirtier carpets at the moment, but hey, it's still in great shape.

- I've never seen one, any year, without that spot. Mine's got it on the driver's side but not passenger. Her interior was flawless when I bought her with the exception of that spot. Anyone know what causes it? Elbow grease? Sideview sun reflection? It's oddly common.

Mine has the spot too but to a minor extent; the material isn't worn off or anything.

One thing my car does have badly is dry rot on the backside of the rear seat headrests. I haven't seen a single black interior J30 around here without that though.

Some inside pics of my J30 for the heck of it... I have no clue what the hell could have caused that square shaped indent in my passenger seat; it was there when I bought the car.

You know, to this point, it looks like nobody who's posted in this thread has a J30 newer than 1994.

-- Yeah I am, yes that's a pretty J in yer pic, and that's a mighty lazy answer, if you've had two of them post pics of both of 'em up.

-- Alpha, I agree. Where's the newer ones? TTT for some younger babes.

These appear to be the only pictures of the 93 that I can find. They are from the day of Hurrican Katrina. We had moved all of our cars in the middle of the yard to keep them from being damaged by trees and the very first tree that fell landed right on top of all of them. The tree was a oak with a 48" diameter trunk. (HUGE!!!)
